Keinde has worked in sales communications and publishing for over two decades, across Europe and the U.S. He has been a leader in the education sector in the District of Columbia (DC) government, Office of the State Superintendent of Education and the DC State Board of Education, performing roles such as Communications Director and Senior Communications/Community Outreach Specialist. He also served as the Agency Representative for DC Mayor's Vision Zero Initiatives & Strategies. Moreover, he is a certified trainer of Cleveland Clinic's Licensed Program - Communicate with H.E.A.R.T (CwH) which assists employees and customers in mastering a superior model of service and building upon their communication experience both in-person and online.
